What we do not do

CA DROP Broker does not connect to your DROP account, request or store DROP API credentials, download DROP deletion requests, upload processing statuses, operate your DROP workflow, process consumer deletion requests on your behalf, or make legal determinations for you.

Accuracy and change

California requirements, technical specifications, and fees change over time. Materials reflect our understanding of publicly available official sources at the time of generation. Always confirm current requirements against official CalPrivacy sources and with qualified counsel.

Your inputs drive your outputs

All findings are derived from the information you supply about your own systems and workflows. We do not inspect your systems, data, or vendor relationships.

We never ask for DROP credentials or API keys, production DROP deletion lists, production hashes, or consumer personal information, and our assessments cannot verify anything you tell us. The free check stays in your browser; once you continue with a paid plan, your saved assessment is stored in our backend and reachable only through your private resume link.
