What we collect

The free seven-question check runs in your browser. Those answers stay in your browser's local storage until you choose to continue, and we receive only anonymous, non-sensitive funnel metadata (such as which step was reached, referral source, and an anonymous session identifier) so we can see where the tool is working or failing.

When you select a paid plan and enter your work email and company name, we create a saved assessment record in our backend. From that point your free answers are copied into it and your deep assessment answers are saved on our servers as you work, so you can leave and resume. Company website and role are optional.

We email you a private resume link. The link contains a random token; we store only a one-way hash of it, never the link itself, and it can expire or be revoked.

What we never collect

We do not request or store DROP account credentials or API keys. We do not receive production DROP deletion lists or output files. We do not receive raw consumer personal information for matching, and we do not receive production hashes. The deep assessment asks only how your systems and processes are organized. Any notes you paste should be sanitized first.

Analytics events never contain your assessment answers or your resume token.

How we use information

Your answers are used to generate your assessment and any purchased artifacts, and to let you resume or correct your assessment. Transactional messages about your assessment are sent regardless of marketing preferences; marketing updates are sent only if you opt in.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers for hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, acting on our instructions.

Retention and access

Assessment records are retained so you can access your report and make a correction during the first seven days. You may request deletion of your assessment record at any time.
